Margate House brews up 'Java Heat'

Margate House Films offers the indie thriller "Java Warmth" with Mickey Rourke and Kellan Lutz aboard to star. Conor Allyn will helm in the script he co-composed along with his father Make the most of Allyn. Pic involves a mysterious American who teams getting a Muslim cop to locate a completely new number of klepto-terrorists in Southeast Asia. Lutz may have the American and Rourke may have the jewel crook who masterminds the terrorist functions. The Allyns will produce through Margate House. Ryan Daly, Mark Williams and Lee Roy Mitchell will professional produce. Lutz and Rourke is seen next in "Immortals" for Relativity.
